In 2016, after noticing having more and more of these “mental fogs” in the morning and or difficulties concentrating and focusing on certain projects, I decided to try out some of these brain supplements that I have heard so much about. Some of friends who I play tennis with and happened to be doctors told me to try out some of these nootropics and or brain supplements in order to get my energy and or motivation back. After only a few weeks, I noticed a huge difference in myself, I was more motivated and was excited to start my day, I was alert and felt focused and with that came the energy and drive to just move ahead and perform tasks. I was so impressed about my experience that I started to blog about and soon I had people asking me what I took and what has worked for me. I created this website with all my blogs and or experiences I have had in my two years and wanted to share this with everyone!
